Client Services Director



The Role
This global marketing agency based in the heat of central London with a strong background in Sales Promotion is looking to add to the team by hiring a Client Services Director. The agency work with some of the biggest FMCG brands in the market and produce work that consistently receives awards.

This is a management team position that needs someone capable of offering guidance and advice to clients whilst ensuring results are delivered. Whether that means supporting the sales team with pitches, developing new and existing business or managing the client services team for the next 3-5 years.

The Candidate:
Ideally you will have the following key skills and attributes:

Someone to work directly with the CEO

You will be well versed in integrated marketing across both Retail and FMCG and/or multinational businesses

You must also be naturally entrepreneurial and a born team leader - able to inspire whilst working collaboratively within your team

Sharp commercial instincts will be key in order to ensure accounts are delivered against all targets set

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Exceptional commercial experience & strong track record of delivering high service in line with client expectations.

Proven abilities to create and drive senior level client relationships

You must be a motivator - Someone who the team can look up to

Solid knowledge of promotional marketing

Proven track record of leading and winning pitches

Extensive background in directing large clients facing projects and monitor quality
