Marketing Automation Project Manager

My client is a global provider of business technology. The Marketing Automation Project manager will be a member of the Corporate Marketing team and will be responsible for project managing the implementation of Eloqua across EMEA. The scope of the role is operational and will involve working with the broader marketing and sales team to design and implement processes and tools to reflect a 'pull' marketing model.

 

  • Manage all aspects of project management for the EMEA implementation of Eloqua (requirements gatherings, project plan management, risks/issues log management, budget management, etc).
  • Liaise with and manage expectations of all relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Sales and IT)
  • Manage relationship and deliverables from third party agencies (digital, system integrator)Skills and experience

Experience Required:

  • A university degree in business, management information systems or computer science preferred and 4+ years’ experience in technology marketing
  • Experience managing CRM system projects
  • Experience managing a marketing automation system such as Eloqua or similar
  • Assist with designing lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, customer research and automated communications programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with database design concepts, data modeling, and segmentation structuring
  • Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing practices to support demand generation (SEO, Social Media, email marketing, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience, understand business needs, and translate them into technical requirements
  • Understanding of where data resides and how to produce reports - Data analysis, reporting and business intelligence
