THE COMPANY
Our client operates in over 20 countries and has a proven expertise in launching and managing coalition loyalty programs, delivering propriety loyalty services, creating value through loyalty analytics and driving innovation in the emerging digital, mobile and social communications spaces.

THE ROLE
The role of eCommerce Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, developing and implementing the ecommerce campaign strategy and championing their delivery across various marketing channels. In charge of delivering key acquisition and retention targets from the campaign strategy, you will grow the acquisition base and help accomplish revenue targets. You will:
- understand marketing campaigns including E;mail, direct mail, mobile and online display and how they are delivered
- identify opportunities to increase acquisition base
- initiate and oversee implementation of new ideas and functionality to increase acquisition and retention as well as drive commercial and brand benefit
- leverage data and analytics to enhance and optimise all campaigns, ensuring activity is driving as much engagement and revenue as possible
- manage external agency relationships
- manage 2 Marketing Executives

YOU
To be considered for this eCommerce Marketing Manager role you will need:
- experience of managing digital channels, including strategy, content marketing and platform development
- an advanced understanding of the digital marketing environment including content marketing, SEO, PPC, measurement and analysis
- experience of managing budgets of £500k+
- line management experience
- the ability to proactively engage in projects, identifying digital opportunities and ensuring campaigns are constructed for success
