Online & Member Support Manager - Leisure - £35,000-£42,000 - London

THE COMPANY
Located in South East London, this charitable social enterprise is a fast paced organisation with 120 leisure facilities. They like to hire top talent to strengthen their busy marketing team.

THE ROLE
As Online and Customer Support Manager you will be responsible for:
- Finding out what the barriers are for customers online
- Understand the online customer journey and sales process
- Manage the call centre supervisors (3 in total) and liaise with them on complaints coming through regarding online support
- Finding solutions to customer complaints and aid the online conversion process
- Develop and drive the strategy to reduce online customer complaints

YOU
For this role you will need the following:
- E-Commerce experience
- Be marketing focused
- Experience in managing people
- Strong communications skills
