Group Account Director



The Role
This growing shopper marketing agency based in London is searching for an experienced Group Account Director to act responsible for the running of significant, high-profile client business relationships and their brands, ensuring the very best dedicated shopper service available. The ideal candidate will have excellent shopper gravitas and experience, coupled with a strong agency background in FMCG and retail.

The Candidate:
Ideally you will have the following:
* Strong agency background
* Experience as a Group Account Director in a role that targets shoppers
* Strong background in FMCG and retail
* Demonstrate a good record of organic commercial growth
* Holds excellent team leadership skills
* Experience of working with or alongside a new business team
* See their next role as a spring board to board-level management

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities include:
* Oversee senior client relationships for a group of clients
* Help to build and maintain organic growth momentum
* Seek out and convert new opportunities
* Provide daily leadership and strategic guidance to Account Directors
* Participate in the new business processes and take on new business opportunities
