Brand Manager

Liverpool, MerseysideUp to £40,000

An exciting opportunity to manage a number of commercial and not-for-profit brands within a group structure.

You will be managing a small in-house marketing, communications and design service and hold full responsibility for the creative and commercial development of the brands.

You will need to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage small budgets and deliver return on investment. Working proactively with all parts of the group to manage projects from concept to delivery, this is an exciting role for the right candidate.

We are looking for a talented Brand Manager who strives for excellence, dares to think differently and never stands still. This is a challenging role in a busy team so ‘getting stuck in’ and helping the team delivery the best possible service is really important. A strong writer with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and a background in strategic brand development or marketing at a senior level is essential. Experience in the housing or construction sector would be a bonus.

When it’s cold out, there’s nothing like the warm glow of home.

With housing associations under pressure nationally, Sovini Group is there to keep up the high standards and excellent value our communities have had since 2006 from One Vision Housing. Sovini Group supports the costs of its partners by running commercial services. We’d survive without this extra effort, but we’re not willing to make cuts in the things that matter – our support for homes and communities.

We keep it cosy inside the Sovini Group family by being tough in our pursuit of value for money. The commercial parts of our group feed all their profits back to the core activity of providing social housing. We don’t want to see our customers left out in the cold!

Being bigger than a single housing association makes us stronger and more efficient, and other housing associations and businesses are coming to us for our high-quality, reliable services. We don’t always quote the lowest price, but you won’t get better for your money.

We don’t miss a trick where it comes to business, but we never forget why we go to work: our business is about people – come in, and make yourself at home.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all members of the community.
