The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager is an integral part of the Marketing team, leading the work that is produced and overseeing two juniors, whilst reporting into the Board Account Director. Working both independently on campaigns as well as supporting the small team, you will ensure that all campaigns are integrated across the agency.

The role incorporates email marketing, social media, digital PR, PPC and business development. Being both strategic and analytical, you will be comfortable with email distribution packages such as dotMailer and possess exemplary copywriting skills.

This role is client facing so, you will need to be consultative and comfortable with running multiple work streams, leading cross-company initiatives. You may also be required to manage recruitment when necessary.

Required experience:
A proven background in a Digital Marketing role either in an agency or in-house (relevant to the industry)
Willingness and passion to work in the education and learning industry.
Experience in Social Media.
Experienced using Microsoft and email distribution packages.
Team management experience
