Quantitative Research AD/RD
The agency I'm recruiting for is a really vibrant, young and dynamic research agency and they are looking for an exceptional Quantitative Researcher with around 8-10 years experience. They really help brands make great decisions and really appreciate fresh thinking. They have a real focus on innovation and this is sometyhing they are known for in the industry, pushing the boundaries to find the most compelling insights. They have a client list to die for ranging from tech brands, through retail and food to sports and energy and they are really open to new ways of working with existing data sets.
You will ideally be hands on, senior researchers who are looking for an armchair ride need not apply! This means getting involved in the whole process from start to finish and managing yourself and the team acordingly. The agency moves quickly so they need someone happy to work at pace and willing to be challenged.
The role will have a strong overlap with the qualitative teams so any experience at integration of qual/quant would be advantageous. The workload varies, but is mostly ad hoc quantitative research with an increasing use of more statistical methods & bespoke designed approaches. There are already very strong relationships with clients, so the right candidate will have all the right doors opened for them.
The role will have one person reporting into them (a Senior Research Executive) and will also have support from a Project Manager as well. The right candidate will be rewarded well, both in terms of salary, company benefits and individual & new business bonuses.
