Loyalty Director - Loyalty/Retail - up to £65,000 + 20% bonus - London

Our client operates in over 20 countries and has a proven expertise in launching and managing coalition loyalty programs, delivering propriety loyalty services, creating value through loyalty analytics and driving innovation in the emerging digital, mobile and social communications spaces.

You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with clients and building relationships with them around loyalty programme management from strategy and technology to analytics and servicing.
- Providing thought leadership and insight to clients on loyalty programme development
- Managing all stakeholders throughout the business to deliver on all facets of the loyalty programme
- Commercial delivery, meeting partnership KPIs

To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Client or agency experience
- Relationship management and influencing skills
- Partnership experience
- Commercial acumen
