Account Manager - Retail - £40,000-£45,000 + 15% bonus - London

Our client operates in over 20 countries and has a proven expertise in launching and managing coalition loyalty programs, delivering propriety loyalty services, creating value through loyalty analytics and driving innovation in the emerging digital, mobile and social communications spaces.

This role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of an account plan across a full suite of loyalty management touch points from strategy and technology to analytics and services
- Understanding clients current loyalty activities and helping to develop a strategic plan of where you can take it
- Overseeing deliverables, there will be a separate team responsible for managing the day to day operations of the loyalty programme
- Developing profitable revenue opportunities through your knowledge of service and product offerings, tailoring each proposal to clients specific requirements

To be eligible for this role you will need:
- An understanding of loyalty /CRM programmes
- Client or agency side experience
- Relationship management skills and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen
