Senior Account Director role at a Leading Digital Creative Agency!
This role is to lead one of the agency's largest pieces of business, a high profile global brand, with a report into senior management and managing a team of 6.
The brand is a household name, with a heritage of great work and has won several awards - there is an onus on driving the status quo and pushing for the best work, both in terms of engagement and creativity, and there is a great client relationship in place.
The scope of work includes from web builds, microsites, banners, games and social media, with a constant volume of work as well as campaigns throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have come from a respected digital creative agency, or have undertaken a digital specialist role at a leading integrated creative agency. You will have been a Senior Account Director for at least one year, proven in the role, with a track record of driving forward great campaigns which push the bar across technology and creativity, and which deliver outstanding results.
You will need to have a good strategic mindset, a commercial brain, the ability to lead senior level client relationships and a proactive attitude toward looking for opportunities to over-deliver. There's a strong agency culture in place, a great portfolio outside of this account, and clear scope for progression through the ranks.
