  • Preparation/review of ad-hoc/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual performance measures across commercial, sales & marketing departments and distribute accordingly
  • Update and improve existing business KPI’s to drive business performance
  • Combine departmental data to establish life time value and performance of customers
  • Maintain centralised customer Database in logical manner to enhance business reporting functions
  • Measure & report all Lead sources from Lead to pumped litre
  • Establish a robust lead generation process for sales
  • Use exception reporting to control agreed business policies (sales/pricing/customer activity)
  • Report on Marketing campaign performance


  • Effectiveness of reports
  • Ability to produce recommendations for management
  • Ability to lower cost per acquisition costs but measuring true ROI on all leads/departments
  • Managing relationships between various departments (marketing, sales, customer service, etc…)


  • Advanced Excel skills – forecasting, modeling, data manipulation and presentation
  • Visual basic understanding to automate reporting functions
  • Strong CRM skills – under architecture, hierarchy and business/sales processes
  • High level of mathematical ability
  • Strong reporting skills – CRM reporting, Excel reporting and other packages (Qlikview)
  • Ability to analyse, model and interpret data
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills including report writing
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines within a fast moving working environment
  • Proactive, flexible and able to work on own initiative
