We have a senior visual merchandising manager role available with a well known department store. They are looking for someone who has head office experience delivering visual merchandising strategy across large scale high street stores. Experience in home and food categories will be required.

THE ROLE
- Liaise with senior management on VM strategy, get buy in and sign off for your product presentation plan.
- Work closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams, ensuring integration of plans
- Create and deliver inspirational and commercial layout, visual and product presentation for the business unit.
- Continually evolve & deliver an inspirational visual proposition that supports the business strategy, providing clear direction on emerging trends & competitor activities, utilising customer insight to make recommendations on product presentation
- To develop and communicate clear visual merchandising, product and layout policies that elevate visually, maximise sales and exploit opportunities for growth.

YOU
To be considered for this role you MUST have the following experience:
You will already be working as a senior visual merchandiser within a retail head office environment for a large scale high street retailer and can demonstrate the following key skills:
- Senior VM experience within a large scale retailer. You must have experience in liaising with senior management and Buying & Merchandising teams.
- Can deliver commercial product handling and décor principles and can instinctively, effectively & continually evolve policy where necessary and for different retail environments.
- Understand how to engage the correct stakeholders to maximise the optimum delivery
- Can apply insight to business unit and category strategies from tracking and industry quantitative data, including in store implementation

Please only apply if you are at a senior VM level, developing VM strategy and liaising with senior stakeholders within a similar large scale retailer.
