A fantastic opportunity has arisen within this London based premium jewellery brand. They are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to be responsible for the on-going development of their estore.

As a key member of the ecommerce team you will analyse and report on the e-store customer journey maximising revenue opportunities wherever possible.

The Ecommerce Manager will be commercial and dynamic and their key responsibilities will include:
*Managing and implementing conversion optimisation strategies
*Ecommerce fulfilment, customer service and policies
*Working cross functionally to ensure product offering is in line with instore retail campaigns
*Forecasting e-store orders and sales targets
*Analyse trade performance and producing reports translating insight and analytics into maximising sales.
*Competitor analysis

To be considered for this role you must have proven experience of Coremetrics, Google Analytics and MVT/AB testing. Understanding and awareness of mobile platforms and the full project life cycle in web development would be highly desired.
