EXCITING and INNOVATION led Global Data Management Platform (DMP) that’s helps publishers, agencies, and brands to unlock the full value of their audience data are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for their start up UK office.

As Technical Account Manager (TAM)

•You will be the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Clients
•You will take the lead to from the technical side to implement, troubleshoot, and grow their DMP clients.
•You will work with Sales Engineering, Strategic Account Management, and Technical Services teams to ensure that our new client implementations are well-planned and executed.
•Work with existing clients to ensure they are trained and fully engaged with the platform
•Assess and lead all implementation of the Data Management Platform for a variety of clients
•Prepare and maintain detailed project plans outlining the Implementation process for the client
•Prepare and deliver customized training materials for each client connecting our platform to their intended usage
•Travel to client offices in the UK and EU to deliver in-person training
•Work with existing clients on all technical issues surrounding the ingestion, organization, and activation of web, mobile, and offline data.
•Troubleshooting deployment and integration issues
•Working with client’s ad ops and research analytics teams
•Configuration & debugging
•Manage the implementation of different kits and packages

Who you will be:

•Currently a Technical account manager, publisher integrations manager or Tech savvy ad ops manager for an Online adtech company, SaaS, advertising network, DSP, SSP, DMP etc
•Experience in audience extension
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), Maths, economics or computer science
•Client facing experience and presenting
•Understanding of web technologies and how to troubleshoot across a javascript platform
•Background in advertising operations
•Experience working across multiple Digital delivery platforms
•Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and effectively translate them into solutions for clients.
•Organized and analytical, able to assess client needs and develop and oversee an effective implementation plan.
•Strong business and operational analytical skills
•Strong decision making and problem solving skills
•Ability to lead Product Trainings for clients
•Ability to maintain internal relationships with multiple cross-functional teams
•Ability to independently manage and drive personal workload
•Ability to effectively work and communicate with various client-side groups, including C-Level, Technical, Ad Operations, and Account Management.
•2nd language would be an advantage
•Willingness to travel
